Jamie Ranguette Obituary

Jamie Lynn Ranguette, 39, of Fort Atkinson, passed away unexpectedly in a car accident in Whitewater on April 13, 2024.

Born January 15, 1985, to James and Leslie Ranguette, and Doreen (Jeff) Gruenberg, Jamie was a beacon of joy and kindness in the lives of all who knew her. Jamie grew up in the warm and loving arms of her family in Fort Atkinson, where she attended the local high school, graduating in 2005.

Her early life was filled with laughter, learning and the forging of lifelong friendships. Jamie’s presence was a constant source of comfort and happiness to her family, which included her devoted parents, beloved brothers, Jason Ranguette and Bradley (Sara) Tindal, and her cherished sister, Courtney (Brandon) Ranguette.

Jamie’s role as an aunt was one she embraced with all her heart.  She adored her nieces, Natalie and Marley Tindal and Lucy Ranguette, and her nephew, Jaxson Tindal.  Each child held a special place in her heart and she cherished every moment spent with them. Jamie’s family was the cornerstone of her life and she was a pillar of strength and love for them in return.

Jamie’s grandmother, Betty Hein, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins, will fondly remember her vibrant spirit and generous heart. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carman Vaughn and Chet and Mary Trebitowski, as well as her cousins, Dustin Dean and William Michael Vaughn.  Each of these individuals played a significant role in shaping Jamie into the extraordinary person she was.

Beyond her family, Jamie had a wide circle of friends and acquaintances who were drawn to her warm personality and genuine interest in others.  She was the kind of person who remembered birthdays, anniversaries and important life events, making everyone feel special and loved.

Jamies found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was known for her love of spending quality time with her family and friends. Lunch and shopping trips with her brother and sister were among her favorite activities, occasions filled with laughter and the creation of cherished memories.

Jamie’s sudden departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved her, but her spirit and the memories she created will continue to inspire and comfort her family and friends. Her life, though far too short, was lived with enthusiasm, love and deep appreciation for the people around her.

As we say goodbye to Jamies Lynn Ranguette, we celebrate the time we were fortunate enough to share with her. Her laughter, her kindness, and her unwavering love will never be forgotten. Jamie’s legacy is one of love, friendship, and the countless lives she touched with her generous soul.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson. Friends and relatives may call to pay their respects from 9 a.m. until the time of services.
