Christie Lynn Prisk

Christie L. Prisk, 24, Fort Atkinson, died on Monday, August 27, 2012, at the Fort Memorial Hospital.

She was born on September 11, 1987 in Fort Atkinson, the daughter of Jonathan and Carolyn (Ruh) Prisk.

Christie was a graduate of the Fort Atkinson High School, class of 2006. She then attended UW-Whitewater, MATC in Fort Atkinson, and Harper Jr. College in Illinois.
She was a Personal Care Worker for Abilities Corp. in Fort Atkinson.

Christie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

She enjoyed animals, bicycling, reading, photography and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her parents, Jonathan and Carolyn Prisk of Fort Atkinson; a sister, Sherry Prisk of Edgerton; a brother, Jonathan Prisk of Fort Atkinson; paternal grandmother, Judy Prisk of Fort Atkinson; maternal grandfather, Robert Ruh of Milton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death was her paternal grandfather, Darrell Prisk and maternal grandmother, DiAnn Ruh.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bill Beyer officiating.

Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. on Friday at the church until the time of service.

If desired, memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
