Debbie was born in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, daughter of Raymond Dalby and the late Patty (DeForest, Dalby, Smith), she married Steve Kenseth on October 16, 1999.
Debbie loved to travel. She really loved going to Cancun and Las Vegas. But also, took several trips to see family and friends in various states. Debbie also loved her Wisconsin Badgers football and basketball; and of course, the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. We cannot forget about her love of racing, whether it be at a local track or NASCAR. Debbie had many interests including cross stitch and jigsaw puzzles. She loved going out and meeting new people and talking to old friends. Debbie could make new friends at the drop of a hat.
