Denise M. Johnson

Denise M. Johnson, 67, of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Marquardt Health Center in Watertown, Wisconsin. She was born to the late, Jerome and Mary Baumgartner on February 25, 1958, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Denise loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed the summer, campfires, rock ‘n’ roll and sunshine.

Denise was known for her dry sense of humor, wit and telling stories about her children from their childhood, which would make her laugh every time.  She was generous and would give the shirt off her back to help someone in need.

She is survived by her three children, Kyle (Jennifer) Johnson, Emily (Rhys) Stefanovic and Samual Rolfer, six grandchildren; Cadence, Corbin, A.J., Edith, Lilly and Carter, and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held for close family and friends.

Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
