Diane C. Boss

Diane C. Boss (Wandschneider), 68, of Syracuse, New York, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014 at Upstate University Hospital at Community General.

She was born on February 4, 1946 in Watertown, Wisconsin, to the late Delbert and Leona Wandschneider and raised in Fort Atkinson graduating from Fort Atkinson High School in 1964.

Diane was a member of the Fort Atkinson Eli Pierce Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Diane enjoyed reading and traveling.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, George; daughters, Alethea of Washington, DC and Heather of Syracuse, NY; nieces, Cheryl Cheun and Jill Zamowski; and several cousins. She was also preceded in death by her brother Del Wandschneider.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Atkinson with Pastor Russ Frees Jr. officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research, Grand Central Station, P.O. Box 4777, New York, NY 10163 or to the Humane Society of ones choice.

The Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
