Diane L. Scheiwe

Diane L. Scheiwe, 61, of Fort Atkinson, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital in Madison, surrounded by her family.
Diane was born on June 1, 1949 in Janesville, daughter of the late Stanley and Doris (Sperry) Roehl. She married Richard Dick Scheiwe on April 21, 1978 in Fort Atkinson. He preceded her in death on March 30, 2010.
Diane had worked for the former Badger Lunch in Fort Atkinson from 1971 to 1998. She enjoyed watching QVC and attending flea markets, but what she cherished the most were her pets and spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends.
Diane is survived by her siblings, Linda Potter, Susan (Bernie) Vocht, Richard (Roberta) Roehl, Patty (Barry) Kutz all of Fort Atkinson and Robert Roehl of Janesville; step children, Tammy Lambert of Missouri, Jodi Robel of Iowa, Eric (Krist Lehman) Scheiwe, Roxanne M. (Dan) Shannon and Mark Scheiwe all of Fort Atkinson; step grandchildren, Joshua Lambert, Kaylynn (John) Casper, Rick and Angela Robel, Brandi Schultz, Tiffany Scheiwe, Alynn Lehman, Kevin Dietz-Patterson, Zachary Landers, Amber Landers, Millie (Lucas) Miller, Leah (Brandon) Rittenhouse, James Frodl, Kelsey and Logan Scheiwe; 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Diane was also preceded in death by a sister, Carol Harsh; brother-in-law, Bill Potter and nephews, Kevin and Brian Yeadon.
Private family services for both Diane and her husband Richard will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Jefferson County or to Rainbow Hospice.
