Donna Cook Obituary

Donna M. Cook, or as she preferred to be called, Mrs. B, 64 of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. She resided at Marcey Care Adult Family Home since April of 2016.

Donna was born on March 26, 1960. Preceded in death by her loving father Eugene and mother Shelby (Blasing) Cook.

Donna enjoyed working at Opportunities Inc. most of her adult life.

She will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Atkinson.

Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
