Elaine M. Wisch

Elaine M. Wisch, 74, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Fort Memorial Hospital.
Elaine was born on Nov. 1, 1936 in Beloit, daughter of Earl Sr. and Alice (Thorsen) Marks. She married Kenneth Wisch on June 20, 1954.
Elaine was a homemaker devoted to raising her family. She also worked in varying occupations with the downtown Schultz Brothers 5 and 10, Thomas Industries and the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital.
She loved sewing and especially loved quilting. She enjoyed gardening with flowers and herbs, farming and running an apple orchard with her husband as well as spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed watching John Wayne movies and reading books. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan for many years.
Elaine is survived by her husband Kenneth; three sons, Michael (Kathy), Douglas (Kristina) and Robert (Diane) all of Fort Atkinson; grandchildren, Christopher (Alli) Wisch, Brandon (Jennifer Marquardt) Wisch, Jesse (Erin) Wisch and Sarah Wisch; great grandchildren, Evan and Piper Wisch and Bailee and Brycen Lopez.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Earl Marks Jr. and Vernon Marks.
A Private funeral was held at the Dunlap Memorial Home with Rev. Chris Buckingham-Taylor officiating. Burial took place in Evergreen Cemetery.
