Gayle D. Trader

Gayle Diane Trader, 82, of Fort Atkinson, passed way Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Sienna Crest.

Gayle was born on July 4, 1943, in La Grange, IL, daughter of the late John and Gertrude (Burns) Graves.

Gayle was a CNA and caregiver for many years. She was an avid Brewer and Packer fan and loved to camp, cook and take care of her cats.

Gayle is survived by her children, John (Dawn Loy) Trader of Edgerton, Scott (Marcie) Trader of Helenville and Michele Glenn of Darien; grandchildren, Brennen, Brian and Jake, her sister, Jackie Graves of Lexington, KY. She was also preceded in death by her son in infancy, Michael Edward; sister, Roz Thompson and son-in-law, Michael “Munch” Glenn.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. at the church until the time of service. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

A special thank you to the incredible staff at Sienna Crest and Agrace Hospice and to her family and friends who stood by her and supported her in her final days.
