Gerald C. Schultz

Gerald C. Schultz, 82, of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison with his family by his side.

He was born on July 9, 1942 in Janesville, son of the late Clifford and Lola (Gudeyon) Schultz and graduated from Milton Union High School in 1960.

Gerald married Carol Kreklow on October 18, 1980 and together they farmed the family farm for many years. After working on the farm, he was employed at Ready-Serve for 10 years.

Gerald was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Carol Schultz; son, William Schultz; grandchildren, Raelynn and Walker Schultz and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard William Schultz and sister and brother-in-law; Shirley (Eugene) Nelson.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crown of Life Christian Academy in Fort Atkinson.
