James G. Gates, 83, of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

James was born on September 26, 1941, in Chicago and was adopted by the late Frank and Mildred Gates.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
