Kay F. Holtz, 59, Fort Atkinson, died on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at St. Marys Hospital in Madison with her family by her side.
She was born on November 9, 1951 at St. Peter, Minnesota, the daughter of the late Paul and Francis (Benkovic) Liebhard.
Kay married Patrick J. Holtz on May 6, 1972 at LeCenter, Minnesota.
She grew up in LeCenter, Minnesota where she graduated from LeCenter High School. She later went on to get her Bachelor degree in accounting from UW Whitewater.
Kay will be remembered for her love of family and friends, fishing and spending time on arts and crafts projects. Her continuous smile and her humor were infectious to all of those around her.
Her willingness to persevere should be an inspiration to all of us!
Kay will remain in the hearts of her husband, Pat; two sons, Eric (Kimberly) Holtz of Green Bay, Bryan Holtz of Ann Arbor, MI; one daughter, Cara (Vince) Dreyer of New Richmond; four grandchildren, Isabelle, Noah, and Madelyn Holtz and Azlynn Dreyer; two brothers, Steven (Geri) Liebhard of Sheboygan, John Liebhard of Mankato, MN; two sisters, Lynn (Tom) Feneis of New Prague, MN; Liz (Bob) Janovski of Montgomery, MN; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Also preceding in death was a brother, Paul Liebhard and granddaughter Graesyn Dreyer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at 11 a.m. at St. Josephs Catholic Church with Father Brian Wilk as celebrant.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at the Dunlap Memorial Home and after 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice.
