Keith Allen Kaempfer

Keith Allen Kaempfer, 48, Fort Atkinson, died on Saturday, February 11, 2012, after a short courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on October 6, 1963 in Baraboo, the son of George Kaempfer and Donna (Bethke) Amacher.

Keith was a graduate of the Fort Atkinson High School, class of 1982.

He was employed by Hillcraft in Madison

Keith enjoyed being with his daughters, hunting, fishing, the Green Bay Packer and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Survivors include his daughters, Elizabeth and Emma of Fort Atkinson; mother and step-father, Donna (Vern) Amacher of Fort Atkinson; brother, Kurt (Sharon), niece, Justine and nephew, Seth all of Greenfield; sister, Connie (Martin) Kolander of Fort Atkinson; aunts, Susan Kaempfer of New Albany, IN, Barbara Wernke of Dubuque, IA; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and aunt, Gloria Schwarz.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at Noon, at the Dunlap Memorial Home with the Rev. Michael Fazio officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until Noon on Wednesday at the Memorial Home.
