Kenneth N. Walters

Dr. Kenneth N. Doc Walters, 94, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Eagle View Manor in Jefferson.
Kenneth was born on April 13, 1917 to the late David and Lydia (Esser) Walters in Campbellsport, WI. He married Ruth Gieger on December 27, 1949 in Chicago, IL. They moved to Houston, TX and then settled in Fort Atkinson in 1950.
Kenneth joined the United States Army Medical Corp in 1941 and was honorably discharged in 1946.
Kenneth was a podiatrist, working out of his downtown Fort Atkinson practice for many years. He was an avid car collector. He also had a passion for miniature train sets. Other hobbies included using his ham radio and flying remote controlled airplanes.
Kenneth is also preceded in death by his wife, Ruth and his sister.
Following his wishes, no services will be held.
Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery.
