Kevin Kelly Obituary

Kevin Michael Kelly, born on the 20th of June 1953, in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and a lifelong resident of the same, passed away on the 3rd of August 2025, after a valiant battle with cancer. He was a beacon of love, thoughtfulness, and selflessness, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and generosity that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Kevin wore many hats throughout his life, one of which he donned as a proud US Army veteran serving for 20 years. After serving his country with honor, he embarked on a career at Briggs & Stratton, where he dedicated many years before retiring in 2010. His work ethic and camaraderie with his colleagues were deeply appreciated, and the bonds he formed lasted well beyond his retirement.

Kevin lived his faith through his actions, treating everyone he met with kindness and respect. His love for his family was unparalleled, and though he is predeceased by his beloved wife, Cyndi Kelly; his mother, Velma Kelly; his father, Ted Kelly; and his sister, Colleen Sullivan, his memory will be forever held in the hearts of his daughter, Cassie (Corey) Falzone; his brother, Pat (Eileen) Kelly; his grandchildren, Avery Peters, Elaina, and Lucca Falzone; as well as his nieces and nephews, Katie (Paul) Smith, Patty (Ryan) Moskalik, Mickey (Lori) Kelly, Shae Clark, and Shawn (Kiyoshi) Brey.

Kevin's zest for life was evident in his hobbies and interests. He found joy and freedom on the open road, riding his Harley, an activity that brought him immense peace and happiness. Traveling was another passion, as he loved exploring new places and making memories with friends and family. Kevin's idea of paradise was the simple pleasure of relaxing at his brother and sister-in-law's cabin in Minnesota, where laughter and stories were shared by the warmth of a crackling fire.

The words 'loving,’ genuine,' and 'selfless' were not just adjectives but the very principles by which Kevin lived his life. He had a deep sense of moral integrity, a true testament to his character.

Kevin Michael Kelly's journey on earth may have concluded, but his spirit and the imprints he left on the hearts of others will never fade.  As we say goodbye to a man who embodied the very essence of love and selflessness, we find comfort in the knowledge that his legacy will continue to inspire and guide us for generations to come.
