LaDonna Bartol

LaDonna Bartol, 70, formerly of Fort Atkinson, passed away on April 14, 2025, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She was born on September 20, 1954, in Fort Atkinson to Rolf “Riz” Risley and Marlene Bielefeldt.

She graduated in Fort Atkinson class of “72”. She married Gerry Bartol on October 2, 1976. They later divorced but stayed close. LaDonna worked at various stores thru the years including DeWitts, Kmart, Pick ‘N Save and St. Vinny’s.

She enjoyed bowling, following Paul Filipowicz and sunbathing, especially with her good friend, Pookie. LaDonna loved having a good time and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her brother, Steve Risley of Whitewater and many friends who loved her. She was preceded in death by her dad “Riz”; mother, Marlene; grandma, Lucille Bielefeldt; grandpa, Orville “Blackie” Bielefeldt and ex-husband, Gerry Bartol.

LaDonna’s final resting place will be on top of the hill at Lakeview Cemetery by her dad.
