Liljana P. Stewart

Liljana Patricia Stewart (Pat), nee Gibson of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the age of 71.

Liljana was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 19, 1940 the second child of Thomas Milo Smith Gibson and Ebba Eleanora Olson. Moving all over the Midwest, the family settled in Milwaukee and she graduated from Riverside High School in 1958. After high school, she attended MSOE, MATC and Antioch College Ohio.

Pat held many engineering related jobs in Wisconsin including Harley Davidson, Fleck Controls, Deltrol Controls, US Controls, Harnischfeger, Generac and Briggs & Stratton from which she retired in 2007. Ms. Stewart is the author of six books. Two novels, two childrens books and two books of poetry www.key-light.org is her website.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Anne Prokop; grandchildren, Caitlin and Max; sisters, Virginia, Sherrie, Dorothy, Peggie, Bettie, Sallie and brother, Thomas. She is further survived by many loving friends, neighbors and relatives.
