Margaret D. Fazel

Margaret D. Fazel, 97, of Fort Atkinson, formerly of Green Valley, AZ, passed away Monday, March 18, 2013 at Black Hawk Senior Residence in Fort Atkinson.

Margaret was born on January 7, 1916 daughter of the late Jul and Mabel (Bresee) Julson in Trego, WI. She married Arnold Erdman on May 10, 1936 and separated in 1960. She later married Donald Fazel on February 20, 1965. He died on December 21, 1998.

Margaret was very active in her church in Green Valley where she lived for 33 years. Prior to moving to Arizona, she lived in Janesville and worked at Fairbanks Morse and Company in Beloit, retiring after 25 years.

Margaret is survived by her children, Hadley Erdman (friend Dori Zieglemeier) of Fort Atkinson and Roger (Sue) Erdman of Janesville; grandchildren, Brian (Roxanne) Erdman of Victoria, TX, Lori (Steve) DeAmico of Aurora, IL, Michael (Paulina) Erdman of Des Moines, IA and Meredith (Tim) Krueger of Oregon, WI; step grandchildren, Penny Barnett of Oklahoma City, OK, Jerry Harp of Abilene, TX and Sherry Wilbur of Tucson, AZ; numerous great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her six siblings.

Visitation will be held at noon on Friday, March 22, 20
13 at Living Savior Lutheran Church, 1661 Janesville Ave. Fort Atkinson with services beginning at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Emmrich officiating.
Her ashes will be placed in a columbarium at The Lutheran Church of the Risen Savior in Green Valley, AZ.

The Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
