Michael M. Moreland

Michael M. Moreland, 62, of Jefferson, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012 at University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.

Michael was born on October 20, 1949 in Clintonville, WI son of the late Robert and Hope (Martin) Moreland. He married Jane Kuntz in August 1996 in Jefferson.

Michael worked as a field service engineer for various companies, traveling all over the world.
He enjoyed woodworking, metalworking, gardening and most recently cooking. He always lived life to the fullest.

Michael is survived by his wife, Jane of Jefferson; son, Michael R. Moreland (Maggie Gonzalez) of Fort Atkinson; step children, Roger (Lynn) Millard of Whitewater, Greg (Michelle) Klietz of Janesville and Carla Stork (Robert Luebke) of Janesville; step grandchildren, Daniel Gonzalez of Janesville, Arron and Rachel Millard of Whitewater, Hailey and Hunter Klietz of Janesville and Krissa and Tyler Stork of Janesville and Whitewater. He was also preceded in death by his sister Sarah Moreland.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012 at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson. There will be no formal service.
