Michele C. Koch

Michele Carol Koch, 57, of Fort Atkinson went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital, due to complications from pneumonia. Michele was born on March 19, 1968, in Fort Atkinson, WI to Stanley and Joan Koch. She graduated from Fort Atkinson Sr High School in 1988. 

Michele was employed at Opportunities Inc. She was a big fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Fort Atkinson Generals. Michele was a member of Faith Community Church, where she had many dear friends through the years. She was especially fond of her nephews and niece and their children and pets. Michele loved all kids and dogs. 

Surviving family includes: her father, Stanley; a sister, Tina Crandall; and her twin brother, Michael. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan, her brother, Tony, her niece Kimberly, her brother-in-law, David, and many aunts and uncles. She is also survived by nephews: Justin (Mary) Crandall, Josh (Brianne) Crandall, Marcus (Abbie) Crandall, Jordan Crandall, Kyle (Amber) Koch, Connor Koch, and niece, Claire Koch. She is also survived by Aunts: Dorothy Koch, Beverly Notbohm, Yvonne Notbohm, Betty Punzel, and many cousins. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Suzy Koch.

The family would like to thank those that helped us out during these difficult times. We are especially thankful for the caring doctors and nurses at Fort Health Care, her wonderful social worker, Rhonda Foley at My Choice Wisconsin, and her loving caregiver, Cindy Witucki.

Memorial contributions can be made in her honor to Faith Community Church.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 5 at 11 a.m. at Faith Community Church in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
