Paul M. Heiman

Paul M. Heiman, 48, of Fort Atkinson, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 16, 2012 in Remington, IN.

Paul was born on April 1, 1964 to LeRoy Heiman and Carol (Maass) Mackovich in Watertown. He had worked for Spindustries in Watertown for 15 years and for the last six months he drove truck for Schneider.

He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, duck and deer hunting and fishing. He was an avid Brewer and Packer fan. Paul was a great father and grandfather; he was always there for them.

Paul is survived by his children, Jennifer Heiman (Ali) of Madison, Justin Heiman (Mindy) of Lodi and Jody Heiman of Whitewater; granddaughter, Jayden Heiman; mother, Carol Mackovich; brothers, August (Janet) of Watertown, Glenn of Fort Atkinson, Vincent of Amherst and Kenneth of Fort Atkinson; sisters, Suzanne Heiman of Whitewater, Jean Pempek of Fort Atkinson and Alice Heiman of Madison; former wife, Lisa Hanson of Whitewater; special friend, Kathy Kexel Fig and her children, Amber, Diamond and Isaac; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father LeRoy and a brother, Jerome.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 23 at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson. No formal service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
