Paul D. Wagner

Paul D. Wagner, 56, of Fitchburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12, 2025.

Paul was born on July 17, 1968, in Dekalb, IL, son of Robert and Beverly (Bishop) Wagner. He graduated from Fort Atkinson High School in 1986.

Paul always looked forward to making the largest turkey he could find for Thanksgiving and Christmas. He was a huge Dr. Who and science fiction fan.

Paul is survived by his mother, Beverly Wagner of Fort Atkinson; aunt, Kay Bishop and cousin, Peter Bishop. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wagner; grandparents, Kennard and Verna Bishop and Albert and Edith Wagner; uncles, Charles Bishop and Frank Duncan and cousin, Mark Bishop.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at First United Methodist Church in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. at the church until the time of service. Burial will take place at Cold Spring Union Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Rainbow Hospice for the excellent care and support provided.
