Richard W. Young

Richard W. Young, 59, Fort Atkinson, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at the Fort Memorial Hospital.

He was born on November 7, 1951 in Stoughton, the son of the late Franklin and Melba ( Schroeder) Young.

Rick married Charlotte Hoff on July 26, 1975.

He was a graduate of the Edgerton High School, class of 1969.

Rick enjoyed his family, being a dairy farmer, riding and driving horses, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte; children, Toby Vale of Wisconsin Dells, Heather Young of Fort Atkinson; grandchildren, Kora Vale and Alice Korth; siblings, Judith (Florencio) Dominguez of Edgerton, Susan Bendler of Janesville, Michael (Linda) of Albion, Thomas (Deborah) of Edgerton, Rodney (Carla Humphrey) of Iredell, TX, Robert (Colleen) of Edgerton, Howard (Shelly Ruosch) of Edgerton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the Dunlap Memorial Home with the Rev. Larry McKenzie officiating.
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Memorial Home until service time.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
