Susan J. Carrizales

Susan J. Carrizales, 57, of Whitewater, formerly of Fort Atkinson, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 at her home.

Susan was born on June 9, 1956. She was a graduate of Fort Atkinson High School and married Petro Carrizales on November 19, 1989. She worked for more than 30 years at K-Mart in Fort Atkinson.

Susan is survived by her husband, Petro of Whitewater; children, Toni Kutz of Tennessee and Steven Jr. (Lisa) Kutz of Fort Atkinson; grandchildren, Holly, Hannah, Hope, Delaeney and Travis; aunt and uncle, Patti (Roger) Stiles of Jim Falls and cousins, Lori (Rob) Diestler of Fort Atkinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence (Abernathy) McNeil.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Dunlap Memorial Home, 604 South Main Street in Fort Atkinson with a prayer service beginning at 7 p.m. Burial will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.
