Tina Fleck Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tina Fleck, who passed away peacefully surrounded by all of her family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was a warrior who never gave up and fought with incredible strength, grace, and determination until the very end.

Tina was born on December 22, 1967, and lived a life full of creativity, warmth, and love. She had a gift for making everything around her more beautiful. Whether she was outside planting flowers, decorating her home, or adding her signature “Tina touch” to special occasions, she brought joy and personality to everything she did. Tina was also an avid dog lover whose compassion for animals matched her love for people. Her furry companions were an extension of her heart and home.

Tina was deeply devoted to her family, and her presence was a source of strength, comfort, and unconditional love. Not only was she a mother to her own children, but she was a mother to everyone she met. Her home, her heart, and her care extended far beyond her immediate family, and she made all feel welcomed, seen, and loved.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dan Fleck; her mother, Suzy Hemenway; her sister, Lori (Dave) Froelich; her brother, Bill (Karrie) Hemenway; her children; Steven (Heather) Hemenway, Hannah (Austin) Esser, Gabriel Horn, Johnny Horn, her cherished grandchildren: Saige, Chase, Mason, Rhys, another precious grandchild expected this upcoming December, and her beloved dog Allie. She also leaves behind beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and countless dear friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Tina’s life will be held on Sunday, June 22, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson, WI. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., followed by a service at 4:30 p.m. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and honor Tina’s beautiful life and lasting legacy.

Tina’s spirit lives on in the beauty she created, the lives she touched, and the love she poured into the world. She is now our guardian angel—watching over us, guiding us, and forever in our hearts.

Special thanks to the entire team and staff at Rainbow Hospice Care in Johnson Creek for taking such wonderful care of Tina while her journey through life was coming to an end. Your compassion and presence meant more than words can express.

We also extend a warm and heartfelt thank you to Tina’s friends, co-workers, and the entire team at the Jefferson Veterinary Clinic. Your unwavering support, love, and encouragement helped carry Tina through the most difficult times. Your prayers, care, and kindness were a source of strength and comfort throughout her journey.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Tina’s memory to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
